SPS Acquires Precision Pipe Fabrication and Supply Company, Inc.

SPS Companies, Inc. has acquired Precision Pipe Fabrication and Supply Company, Inc, located in Blue Springs, MO. As part of this transition, the company name will change to SPS Fire Protection, a division of SPS Companies, Inc. Customers will still receive the same level of service they have come to expect, just under a new name.

For 35 years, Precision Pipe Fabrication and Supply Company, Inc. has been providing superior service with a complete line of fire protection system components and supplies, as well as fire protection system fabrication. We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to growing our business in the Kansas City area.
